Deckerville Community Hospital accepts many different types of insurance.

If DCH participates with your health insurance plan, your costs and payments are limited to co-payments, co-insurances, and possibly deductibles.

If DCH does not participate with your health insurance plan, we will bill your insurance company, but any parts of your health bill left unpaid by your insurance company is your responsibility.

To find out whether your insurance company requires that you coordinate your care through a primary care physician, or stay within a network of providers, you should contact your insurance company to have them help you locate a provider.
