The mission of Deckerville Community Hospital and Clinics, in partnership with its Medical Staff, other health providers, and the East-Central Thumb Community, is to provide quality, cost-effective primary health care close to home in a patient-centered environment, provide coordination of specialty and tertiary care, and provide systems of care that assist patients as they transition through various care continuums.
