Respite
Respite Care at Deckerville Community Hospital is a care-giving service that provides a planned intermittent break from the ongoing responsibility of caring for a chronically ill or disabled individual who is being managed at home. Many families caring for a chronic illness or disability have expressed the need for a break in care-giving-if they travel for business, want to take a long awaited vacation, or simply just need a rest.
